Dishwashers for 4 sets are among the smallest in the family of dishwashers. These compact devices are not very popular among our consumers - their capabilities are too small. Let's see what is on the market and which brands offer miniature equipment.
Why do you need small dishwashers?
In a dishwasher designed for 4 sets of dishes, you can’t wash a lot. In her cell, it is problematic to place not only large, but also medium dishes. If you buy a machine with such or less loading, pots, pans, baking sheets and other large utensils will have to be washed by hand.
Benefits:
- Mobility. The small machine is easy to transport - it weighs little and does not take up much space. You can, for example, take it with you to the country in the summer. Also, such a model is suitable for those who often move, or for owners of apartments rented out - it’s expensive to buy large and expensive equipment, and any, even a small dishwasher, will already be an advantage when renting out a home.
- Compactness. Suitable for small kitchen. Takes up a minimum of space. It can be put on a table, slid into a cupboard, built into a shelf.
Most consumers save on dishwashing, preferring to turn on the PMM once a day. Therefore, you have to wash cups and plates with pans. Before you buy a small dishwasher, you need to assess your needs and compare them with the capabilities of the device.
The main difference and advantage of PMM for 2 or 4 sets is a small height. On average, it is 45 cm.
Many users of large dishwashers are unhappy with the quality of washing complex contaminants - they often have to manually pans and pans. If you still have to wash large items with your hands, you can get by with less capacious equipment. On the other hand, having a mini-dishwasher, large dishes will definitely have to be washed with your hands, since it simply does not fit in the washing chamber.
Mini-PMM is bought with a limited kitchen area and minor needs. Such a machine is suitable for serving 1-2 people, no more.
Overview of the smallest PMM
Most recently, about a dozen models of mini-dishwashers for 4 people were presented on the market. They were produced by different brands - Electrolux, Siemens, Zanussi, Elenberg, Bosch and others. Among them was both built-in and desktop equipment. Today, only the Chinese brand Midea offers a miniature version of the PMM on the market. True, they are even smaller than the 4-complete apparatuses that have been discontinued - they contain half as much dishes.
Desktop machines for 2 sets are clearly not designed to wash large utensils. These devices are suitable for people who do not cook. You will not wash pans, pans and baking trays in them - miniature machines are designed to wash plates, cutlery, saucers and other utensils.

Conclusions
To summarize:
- If you plan to buy a small PMM, you will have to choose between 2 or 6 sets - 4 are not on sale today.
- The cost of miniature dishwashers is comparable to narrow and full-size counterparts that can wash 10–12 sets at a time. With such a pricing policy, it is likely that PMM for 2 sets will not be in demand as well as models with twice as much load.
Small PMMs, with disabilities, are expensive. But the consumer pays not only to save space - mini-cars are mobile and do not depend on the water supply.
